Can I come to your store? 

Whilst we would really love to meet you, we offer an online service only.  This allows us to keep overheads low which means we can keep our prices low and provide you with the most affordable petcare products.

Are my personal and credit card details secure?

Absolutely.  We value your privacy as much as we value our own.  We never share your details with another party and we offer a secure payment facility via Paypal.

What are your postage charges?

We send all products via Australia Post E-Parcel to ensure your order is safe & secure and delivered direct to you.  At this stage we only deliver within Australia.  Orders outside of Australia will be dealt with on an order by order basis and postage will be advised after checkout.  All parcels within Australia are charged at a flat postage rate of $9.00.

FREE POSTAGE OFFER - we offer free postage on all orders over $100 (within Australia).  A 1kg weight limit applies to this offer.  Orders that weigh in excess of 1kg will be charged an additional postage rate after checkout.

For larger products such as bulk food orders, please email our team for a postage quote.

Do you offer refunds?

If you have purchased the wrong product by mistake, please email our team immediately so we can advise you on our refund procedure.  No returns will be accepted unless our team has been notified and you have received our return procedures email.    

To enable us to resell the product, all returns will need to be unused, unopened and in their original packaging - failure to adhere to this will forfeit refund monies.  Of course, if the product is faulty in anyway then we will gladly replace the product for you.   

Change of mind/incorrect order refunds will incur postage & handling charges which will be advised in our email to you.
